The inner and outer protective layer of the cable of the small concrete pump truck has been damaged, and the breakdown and damage of the electrical components will cause the pump to charge, and may cause electric shock. Therefore, once the electrical connectors or wires are damaged during construction, they must be replaced in time. When using the small concrete pump's funnel, it is strictly prohibited to stand in the bucket and its surrounding area. When inspecting the equipment, do not use the naked eye to view the interior of the delivery nozzles. This is to prevent spatter from commercial concrete and hydraulic fluids, and to prevent damage to eyes caused by cement or other substances.
When moving, the small concrete pump truck must be firmly fixed on the vehicle. This is to prevent the concrete pump truck from overturning due to unstable lifting or unstable center of gravity. Before dismantling the concrete pump truck, loosen the coupling bolts and then gently shake to release the pressure. This is to prevent concrete pipes from being damaged when opening concrete pipes.
In the construction of small concrete pump truck, if the pipeline is not fixed, the pipeline may slip or fall, which may cause personal injury or pipe joints, pipeline burst and so on. In this regard, firmly clamped pipe clamps must be firmly secured to ensure that the joints are tightly sealed and will not leak. If the pipeline is worn for a long time, new pipes should be replaced at higher pressure.
When the small pump is blocked in the construction process, the construction side will suffer losses and the pipeline of the pump will be completely blocked. In the later stage, all piping is needed to be removed and aggregates in the pipeline will be gathered to damage the entire vehicle pipeline. If handled improperly, the concrete will be ejected and cause serious injury.
Don't panic when this happens. Obstruction is caused by an increase in system pressure, which prevents polymer separation, resulting in blockage of the pipeline. The total outlet pressure of the pump truck is 12 MPa while the total outlet pressure of the small pump car is 16-18 MPa. High rise buildings will be pumped to 50 MPa when pumping aggregates.
When the pipeline is blocked, the pressure in the pipeline will reach 120. If we do not take any protective measures and rush to dismantle it, it will produce very serious consequences. The concrete in the pipeline will spew out at extremely fast speed, endangering the personal safety of the operator. At this time, the pump truck needs to be decompressed, the pump should be removed and doubled as much as possible, so as to reduce the pressure of the aggregate that can block the pipeline as far as possible.
Do not unscrew all bolts when removing small pump truck pipes. You can loosen part of it first, then click the pipe clamp to reduce the total pressure to low. When piping is dismantled, it is not possible to hit the pipe vigorously because long time suction of aggregate will make the wall of the pipe very thin, and the rupture of the pipeline may cause the risk of rupture, so attention must be paid to it. The operation of a small pump car is a delicate activity. Slight negligence will cause failure, so precautions should be taken as soon as possible to ensure no worry in construction.
