1. Check the lubrication system before each use. If the automatic lubrication system fails, manual lubrication should be carried out in all parts.
2. When the oil pump is dry, there will be bubbles. The newly added grease will not be easy to extract. At this time, the outlet of the pump should be opened, the lubricating pump should be started, and then the pipeline will be connected after the lubricating oil flows out.
3, if there is any position that has not been lubricated, manual lubrication shall be used, such as the lubrication point of the output piston and the S pipe in the water tank, and regular check whether the lubricating oil level in the hydraulic oil pump is sufficient.
In the process of construction, concrete pump is a kind of equipment which is often used. It can improve the efficiency of concrete transportation and casting. With the increase of the use time, we may encounter this or that problem in the process of using. For example, the oil temperature is too high. Today we mainly aim at this situation, analyze the causes and solutions of the high oil temperature, and hope to help everyone.
When using the concrete pump, if the oil temperature rises too fast and reversing weakness, it should be the leakage of the hydraulic system. At this point, we should check the pressure of the outlet of the hydraulic pump. If the oil pressure is normal, the hydraulic pump is normal. If the pressure of the cooling system is too low, the oil temperature will be too high, and the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high, and the leakage of the hydraulic system may cause the oil temperature of the pump to be too high. Therefore, if there is such a situation, we should check whether there are any problems in these places and solve them in time.
The application of the concrete pump makes the pouring concrete easier, but once the pipeline blockage occurs, the conveying pump can not transport the concrete mortar properly. If the blockage can not be solved in time, the concrete will be solidified and unable to pump for a long time, resulting in unnecessary waste, and will also affect the construction progress.
The way to solve the blockage is to find the location of the blockage first. If the feed port is blocked, then the conveying and hydraulic system of the pump is normal, but the feed port is stuck or arched. At this point, we only need to turn the concrete pump into a reverse, which will block up and scatter, so that the concrete can be returned to the hopper and stirred, so that the pump can be pumped again.
If there is a blockage in the pipeline, and if the inversion can not be solved, we need to dismantle the pump pipe and find the location of the blockage.
If the location of the blockage is at the discharge port, the concrete pump will produce abnormal noise and vibration. The solution is to start the concrete pump repeatedly and make the plug directly through.
